Truth be told. We’re far from it. Like most of you, we have “bad hair days” too. And just like you, we “Google” and “Yelp” businesses to see what they’re like before trying them out. And while we understand that not all reviews reflect accurately what an establishment or service truly is, they help give us a general idea of what we can expect.
