a bit of sunshine

After a crazy April which included lease negotiation, hauling off old furniture and equipment, dealing with boring business licensing, grinding epoxy paint off the concrete floor, and endless hours of sweeping and vacuuming, the real work of transforming the space began in mid May. Looking back, we could hardly believe the amount of work we undertook before the opening June date.
